Last year (2017) I picked EXCEPTIONAL as my One Word for the year.  Our goal was to improve our systems and work-flow so that clients and Realtors find their experience with us to be as simple and stress-free a possible.

After working diligently on this, We have created a fantastic customer experience that allows us to help our clients with their homeownership dream.   Getting a home and going through the mortgage process can be excruciatingly stressful and so we do everything we can to make the process as easy as possible.  Virtually holding your hand the whole way!

Here we are in 2018 and our word for this year is BOLD.  Now that my team and systems are rocking the mortgage process, we want to help more families.   Our business is 100% referral-based which means the only way to increase our business is to have more people referring us their friends, family, co-workers, crazy neighbors, etc.
