I’m sure you know someone that needs this…

I recently read this article about the parents of a 30 year old man that took him to court to get him to move out.  This is a little extreme and luckily, most 30 year olds I know (my kiddos included) are extremely responsible.  No need to bring the court system over for Thanksgiving dinner.  But there ARE millennials out there that don’t realize they are able to buy a home with little to no money down, competitive interest rate and have a payment that is reasonable.  Especially since rents in our area are rapidly increasing.  If you know someone that would like information on loan options, have them call me!
