Yes, interest rates have gone up over the past couple of months, but it is still a GREAT time to buy a home. This chart shows a history of rates.. it’s hard to even imagine rates above 5%, but that is where they have historically been for DECADES.
30 year mortgage rates currently start with the number 4. FOUR IS AWESOME! Four amigos are better than three. Four is how many kiddos I have and I can’t even imagine less (or more for that matter). Four is just a plain-old great number!
